Dear Mr Senor
I write to you with regret I ordered a kitchen form you it was delivered to us on 2nd September I paid the driver £4000 pounds cash upon delivery
I noticed the hood canopy was missing so I called your customer service line to let them no, they said it would be sent to me as soon as it was in so I left it
For about 3 weeks I then rang back they told me there was still no date for the hood coming in so again I called back 2 weeks later this time I spoke to martin in your
Customer services he said he was sorry about this and would source the hood from a different supplier and to ring again on the 24th October I then called on
On Friday 25th the lady told me she could not check the stock and to ring back on Monday 28th I called back on Tuesday 29th at 9,45 to be cut off the phone after
Waiting for half an hour for them to find out if the hood had come in so I then called back it took until 10.20 before I spoke to martin he said the order had not
Come in and they was still looking in to sourcing the hood from somewhere else he then this morning offered me £157 pounds back on the hood which I refused because this had made my kitchen incomplete and in result of this it looks a mess because of this gaping hole I now have in my kitchen where the hood should be this being a main feature of the kitchen as was sold to me in your brochure. Because of this I feel that you have miss sold me a kitchen that you do not yourself have the parts to I’m not asking for a refund but because of the miss representation of your product I feel I deserve compensation for the canopy hood witch I will have to get custom made from a joiner I feel that £500 compensation is a fair deal because the hood will cost me around £1000 to get made. Also i informed martin this morning I would be contacting the trading standards and taking this matter through a small claims court as I feel that £157 for the mess of my incomplete kitchen is a insult I’m not expecting you to be threatened by this I am just informing you of this so we can get this matter solved and don’t have to proceed any further
