I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering, and I also wish I could give 0 stars! All the complaints are for real: 1) automated 2) sub contracted to local floral shops 3) takes forever to talk to someone 4) more expensive than everyone 5) no tracking 6) bunch of a-holes 7) no refunds only credits 8) I can go on and on.

Let's just say after ordering for my girlfriend and paying a high premium for a delivery on sweetest day, in a window that was promised... by the time I called to check on the order it was too late and they had no idea when it would be delivered, and frankly were not aware of the delivery window! I cancelled the order and was told a refund would be issued.

Right away I called another local florist directly who put something wonderful together, for less money, and got it there on time. The next day the cancelled flowers were delivered; unfortunately she wasn't there, it wasn't sweetest day anymore, and the flowers were not nearly as nice as the ones she got on time.

Oh and now I'm being told they didn't receive my cancellation notice and can not refund only give a credit. After talking to a rep, then her manager, I was put on hold for a supervisor then disconnected. Never again ordering from them and won't take their attempt at a free order.

Stay away!
