I took out a loan for $405.00 in July. I paid/still paying $121.50 every other week. I asked for my payoff balance last week and was told it is 526.50! They said if I want to pay it off sooner I have to make additional payments along with the $121.50 every other week. If I could afford to do that I wouldn't have needed a loan in the first place! I have asked them to work with me, consider it paid in full or possibly lower my rates. They refuse to do so. I don't know what to do.
