i also got scammed with lift n glow who charged me £84.71 twice in my bank. a total of £169.42 plus the £3.98 for the trial of the 2 products from them. I have been very poorly with my depression and have not been able to accept their product but they told me that if i took them to court that i would NOT win. I only live on £71 pounds a week and only have £10 spare for food after i have paid all my bills. But they say they have no way of refunding customers. They said they cant refund as they dont have the facility and it was my own fault for not contacting them. They said It was my responsibility to contact them, even though i am not in the right frame of mind to be responsible. I find them very unprofessional and hope they pay for their unfair behaviour, They are trapping people into paying WELL OVER the odds for cream.
