I ordered 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia from Jupiter on the 24th.Oct. with my Charge card (first time order).Also on the 24th, shortly after I ordered (on line) I changed my mind because I couldn't afford it ($148.00), and to cancel the order. The receptionist said I would have to wait until the order was received by me and then call back to get a return number from a supervisor so I could mail it back and get a full refund. I received the package Tuesday (29th) but did not open it, but clearly could feel that there were more than 3 bottles in the package. I called Jupiter immediately and was turned over to Misty. I said I needed a number to cancel and return the order. She said I ordered a total of 11 bottles for a total of $243.60 and Jupiter would have to charge $5.95/per bottle ($64.95)for a restocking fee.I told her I didn't order 11 bottles, and had an electronic receipt#2590502 from Jupiter to my Visa card for $148.00 for just 3 bottles; and I was not informed of any stocking fee. Misty said if I would have read the terms on their website I would have known. I said I didn't order the extra 8 bottles and was not going to pay for the 8 bottles I didn't order. The restocking fee for the 3 bottles I did order would have been $17.85,and a total refund of $130.15. Misty told me she couldn't do anything for me. I asked to speak to her supervisor or a manager above her, and she said there was no one else to talk with. I asked for her last name and she wouldn't give it to me (by now she was quite rude). I hung up and called the Better Business Bureau in Utah, told my story and he advised me to write a complaint about the Company on line, and call an agent at my credit card co. and ask for their assistance. Which I did. While I was on the phone line, my agent called Jupiter and talked with Alex who was unable to give us the website stating the restocking fee information; and couldn't do anything for us either. My agent asked me to write up this complaint and fax it to the Disputes Department at Capital One, and they would handle it from there; which I will do.
