ordered 2 pair of toms - flats and wedges both in size 7 1/2. 3 weeks later shoes arrived in one box, both wrong sizes. flats were size 9, wedges size 8. sent photo evidence of this and received an email with this comment:
Hello,
I informed the merchant today, he will apply refund to our financial system,
after authority, about 10-30 business days, you will get your money back.
Plz be patient, and don't be so worry.
I never have heard from them again.......
