Unauthorized charges on Discover Card account $105.95,after I cancel order 05/28/2013-and agent Mr.Kay from Gorcinia Max send to me canceletion # 398903 case number by email.
I spoke with Garcinia Max at Travers City maybe every day for 3 month to return back my money $105.95-only agent Customer Service Mr.Matthew Sims at 05/29/2013 -and he told to me-"we can't discuss with you this dispute case because now our billing department in different states talking to your Discover Card.Discover Card give to me company name at Va with phone #-only no such company by this address and phone #.this company play tricking customer at money.More like 2 month later they give to me RMA #3989039155972090 and by USPS with tracking # i return sealed product back to Garcinia Max.This company send to Discover Card letter with all wrong information and Discover Card stop dispute. I return product,and they not return my money $105.95.
I'm 77 years old Seniors Citizen and live on fixed income,and this is very troublesome for me,like this crooks play with customers.
