I placed an order on their website on 10/20 for a gas range. They require you to purchase an Amazon gift card, which is payable to them, in order to place the order. I was given an approximate delivery date of yesterday. I tried to call the company to check on the status of the shipping. The phone number which they have listed on their website is not the company's phone number. On the website they have a contact us pull down. I typed in the information but was never contacted. I also tried to contact them by email but that was not answered either.
I contacted Chase to dispute the purchase. Do not waste your time dealing with this company. Be sure to look for feedback on any company before you place an order.

- Sorry to hear about what happened...I got scammed as well. I would report them at www.IC3.gov which will generate a report to your local law enforcement agency. I would also write to Manta.com, shopmania.com, thefind.com etc and let them know they are allowing a fraud to happen as these scam artist have tricked these sites into giving Casiteki an apperance of being legitimate and pointing folks to this bogus site. Again, sorry to hear about what happened. Andrew
