I order Ultra Pure Colon Cleanse and Garcinia Cambogia from this company on a free trial basis . Only had to pay shipping and handling for both items was a total of $4.98. Trial Period was to be for 14 days. I called company on 10/15 for a RMA number to return products and not to be charged. My checking account was charged on October 16th. I called on October 21 to ask for a refund as I tracked on USPS.com that the company had received my items on October 19th at 11:05 am. I have since called company 4or 5 times to find out when I should receive refund and was told 5 to 7 days by presumably CSR Wallace and said he would leave message for Manager Harlan x 433 to call me. Still no call and no refund. I have ordered a few things on line like this before and have returned products with no problem. So I thought this would be the same. Not even close. I am so angry . I just want my money back.
