I ordered 5,000 micro SD cards from this company. They assured me high quality cards with a 5 year guarantee.
The cards arrived on Monday and not one of the 5,000 cards work.
I emailed them back and they said that they have tested them before they were sent and they worked fine. I have had experts testing them in various devices all week and no-one can get them to work.
I then contacted the manager there to say that I'd like a refund and I will return the cards. She simply came back saying her manager says "no".
This is a huge amount of money to us, as a small company. Please can someone help us get our money back?

Hi, I have had this complaint on here for four months and still no feedback. Please can someone tell me if anyone is doing anything to help? I feel really let down by Scambook.
