I tried making a payment in between due payments. I had no payment due at the time. I went in and made an early payment of 362.00 online, like I've done all the other times paying my bills. This time I guess something went wrong and the payment was returned, they said the routing or account # could not be located. So instead of informing me, they closed my account completely. No temporary suspension until they figured things out, no contact letting me know. Nothing! So I called asking about the issue. I verified the routing and account #. I also made a 200.00 payment with my debit card that is linked to the same account and routing number I've been using on their website to pay all prior bills. After giving them my information, I was told a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours. 72 hours later I called them and they asked me to verify my account and routing # once again because they didn't note it on my last call. I asked them to reinstate my online access so I can update my information. They said no and I need to give them my routing and account information. So I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This company takes advantage of people. I've never missed a payment and trying to do a good thing by making extra payments put me in this situation. Now they have contact for their headquarters. This bank needs to be held responsible for their lack of proper business practices.
