I received an email advertisement regarding the above; in the email it stated that this was a limited promotional offer for a free bottle of above product for the amount of $4.95, which I was told in a confirmation email would be the total charge. On 10/14/13 my bank statement was charged $94.94 for the same bottle. I tried the phone number & sent Allison Hodges an email regarding this charge with no response. An additional charge of $99.90 was entered on 10/25/13 for a new bottle, per Allison, which I did not order. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank on Monday, 11/04/13.

Same situation here. In Sept, Clicked on a link on Dr Oz site, ordered and paid 4.95 for a bottle. Received it about 2 weeks later. Never opened it,by the way. Received an email from Alison Hodges stating thanks for my continued enrollment in their program. My cc had been charged twice in Oct for $94 and $99. I never agreed to any of that. I called the number in the email, non working number. Called my cc company and we had two 3 way calls with this place. Very rude and sarcastic customer service rep. He wouldn't give me a number to reach the company, just an email. I asked him what was the name of the distributor, seeing as it was no where on the bottle nor in the email. He paused and said...Aberry. Based in salt lake city per the rude customer serv rep. His accent was so bad I had to repeat everything he said to me, making the conversation even worse. He stated he didn't work directly for the company when I asked him, that he was a third party. He stated he would send my complaint to the company and they would respond in 2-3 working days. Guess what..a wk later, no response. Had a 3 way call this morning with my cc comp and them. After the phone call, my cc rep stated it all sounded shady and like a scam. He filed a formal complaint and dispute with them to recover the fraudulent charges. Lets see how this ends.
