i waited two whole weeks to get an email which had lots of info but left out the exact date i should receive in hand the product. i called VISA claims and they handled the situation. i received the product a week later and its called Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract. Read label carefully, cuz the real deal does not have any calcium in it. calcium reduces the effect of the product. also, if is not FDA approved, please be warned do not open if they send you the product just return it to sender. most of all major credit card companies will remedy the situation for you. i got back all of my money in my credit card. i am just waiting to see if they charge my card again. don't give up working with your credit card co. i think its at least a 15 day wait period before they can do anything. good luck
