International boundaries

Ordered bedroom set on July 30, 2013. Told would arrive within 4 wks. max (said was "in stock"). No notice to us til Sept. 30. Delivery on Oct. 25--but dresser was damaged. We refused the dresser and delivery company said another would be in nearest warehouse w/in a week and we would get it. We called(messaged) and sent email to the co--no response to either. It's 11-2 and we fear further problems, based on situations reported on your site. We hope we will not be billed for undelivered dresser--or anything else--until all is delivered. We were told that this was first sent from Wisconsin (I believe), then to LA (where it sat for MONTH) and then to Denver--we are on western slope of Co. I don't know how this co. deserves its positive reputation. It hasn't earned that w/us. Very disappointed and apprehensive at this point.
