bought a cruise and theft insurance for crise ,then after 4 weeks had to cancel due to a stroke and heart problems ,they then told me have to get reemburst by the insurance i bought ,they never told me that in the beginning they told me if a emergency came up i would be fully reemburst of all my money i put down for trip ,i have not received my money back yet,this is fraud and same as a scam and stealling from the consumer,the government should step in and make them correct this and return peoples hard earned money,wanted a trip all my life then when i thought i could go i cant ,now have to worry about getting my money back, this sint right !!!
