WE MADE THE ERROR OF CHANGING OUR ADDRESS ON THIS SITE THINKING IT WAS USPS SITE AS IT LOOKED VERY SIMILAR TO THE WAY WE CHANGED OUR ADDRESS TWO YEARS AGO. I NOTICED WE WERE CHARGED TWICE FOR $29.95 FIVE MINUTES LATER AND CALLED THE COMPANY TO CANCEL. I WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM, I WOULD ONLY BE CHARGED $1 AND THE REMAINDER WOULD BE REFUNDED AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL (NEVER CAME). MY ROOMMATE CALLED RIGHT AFTER I HUNG UP AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND HER AND SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN THEMSELVES AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIGHT IT OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK. SO I GUESS WE ARE OUT $60 - HORRIBLE COMPANY
