On 10/10/13 an ordered arrived from Primalite. I had not placed the order. Called and got RMA number to return product. Was actually 2 different products. On 10/11/13 I received the refund on the Green Coffee but not on the Garcinia. I called back a week later and was told it had been refunded and was given a transaction number. I contacted my bank but they have no record of that transaction number to my account. I called Primalite back and was told that I would need to fax copy of bank statement to show where account was charged and that refund had not been sent. I did that on 10/18/13 and was told that issue would be resolved by 10/25/13. I called back on the 18th and was told that their system showed it was refunded on 10/11/13. I told them that I didn't care what their system showed, I had not received refund. I was told it would be escalated to the Accounting dept and could expect a call on 10/29 or 10/30. As of now, 11/3/13, I still have not received the refund. I have requested phone number for corporate office and was told they did not have number, that all contact they had was via email. This is getting a little bit ridiculous and just keep getting the run a round. In my book, they are a RIP OFF!!!!!
