I was shocked when I received my last visa statement! Ten different charges the past month from the US totalling $370.
All these charges came from Pure Collagen an internet site where I had ordered a free trial of the product. When the product arrived I found the product was unsuitable and returned it to the sent address which was a PO address Box 6035 Chullora NSW Australia. I added an accompanying letter advising the product was not suitable for my skin and stating I wished no further product to be sent. I have since learnt that there have been 100 unresolved complaints about this company. Why are they still able to operate and scam people ?
