Hello,
By mistake my cousin has ordered a product, as it was coming in internet add, and just clicking on link and providing password her credit card was charged with ~160$ and in bill it was saying just 2. some dollars.
After contacting the customer service on the same day, they said order cannot be cancelled although I can get 50% refund with in 5-10 business days after submitting a online form. I did that and after waiting for 7-8 days I inquired on refund status they said that they got form with option not agreeing on 50% although I agreed on that. After that they said they will send another form and be sure to select yes, but didn't received any mail.
