About a few weeks ago I saw a product on a site called Superior Solutions and thought it would be an ideal solution to my problem. I had a locked Iphone which couldn't be unlocked normally so I bought a device that you attached to your sim that would make it work with my Iphone. Superior Solutions who seem to be Chinese only seem to take payment via a company called MoneyBookers (SKRILL), I went through the long ludicrous registering period and finally sent the payment to them via my bank. Once sent I logged on to my account and tried to transfer the money to Superior Solutions, this payment was short because SKRILL took a percentage. I advised Superior Solutions, who advised me that it was not an issue but have not received it. I was advised by SKRILL, that it was received and refused to get involved or even reply to my complaint.
This company seems to make statements like; they are an alternative to PayPal. They give NO assurances. Today neither company have replied and I would like to know how I go about complaining about both these sites or warning other people, even getting them closed down.
