I placed an order online, on the website acumendepot.com at the middle of October and tryed several times to.pay (offline) using credit cards , but payments were not processed because of verification ( I was told that by company's representative, Mr Frank Anthony). I was asked to make a money transfer to their account and I did it on the 21st of October. On the 28 th I was told that the order shipped to my destination ( after my repeated mails). I asked to provide me a mail tracking number, but I never got it. Today, on 4th of November I was told by the same person, Frank Anthony, that the order was apprehended by customs and the only way to release it is to order two more laptops, so they are waiting for me to agree and pay $1800 more in order to ship 3 notebooks instead of 1 ordered and payed. I wrote them immediately they need to ship me the only one unit I ordered or return all of my money back.
