I ordered sunglasses from a company called Ray Ban Outlet Online Store. It prompted me to pay at a third party site, which was realypay.com
It has been almost two months, and I have not received the sunglasses, nor any reply from the vendor nor RealyPay.
In fact - the current contact info for RealyPay no longer works, and simply bounces back.
I suppose this is what I get for shopping on questionable websites that are clearly operating on the shady side of Kowloon...

- I read this complaint after ordering sunglasses from the same site, at which point I gave up all hope of ever seeing them. To my absolute surprise though, they arrived today. Maybe your sunnies were confiscated by customs because they're fakes... I'd contact the original website if I were you - I get the feeling Realypay is just an extra dummy layer to hide their illegal business behind.
