Went to website and after reviewing the endorsement from Dr. OZ I tried to order the product. In trying to get out of the the site, after giving them all my credit card information, I inadvertently clicked something and placed a second order. I IMMEDIATELY called the Customer Service number and was told they had no way of canceling the incorrect order (the lesser amount by the way). They would not put me through to a manger, would not credit my account, help in any other way and hung up on me. I then called my credit card company (Capitol One) and with the help of their very helpful Customer Service person managed to get to a manager (Misty) who also said they had no way of canceling an order. When I asked if I could return it I was given a telephone number I could call for a return authorization number, after I receive the product.

I buy frequently online and have never had any trouble with the seller before. They always let you review you final order and have ways to cancel if something is not completed correctly. Not so with Nutra-Care!
