My daughter ordered the free trial and wasn't informed of the automatic charge after a certain amount of days. She ended up receiving 4 bottles total and I (her father) called customer service. I then received a cancellation code and a return merchandise authorization number from them. I sent all merchandise back and then did a follow up call a couple weeks later on 10/4/13 to confirm that they received the merchandise. The merchandise was received and I was told the refund would be returned to my account within 3-5 business days. Since then, I've called on 10/16(x2), 10/17, 10/23(x2)and 11/3 where each time I was told I would receive the whole refund except the last time I called. (I was told I could only receive half the total amount.) When I asked to talk to their supervisor about the subject they told me he was in a meeting and would call back. So after the multiple calls of at times being hung-up on and being promised the full refund, I am left with nothing. I have the names of some of the reps I talked to. The last person I talked to, I previously discussed the issue on an earlier date with her. I was told that I was promised to receive a FULL refund and now was told I was only able to receive half.
