I purchased total of $243.69 (10 bottles) on September 15, 2013. After thinking through, I've decided to cancel the order on that same day. Since the order was already processed, I have been instructed to ship back the products with the Return Authorization Number. The customer service representative (CSR) informed me that money will be credit back to me as soon as the products are returned. I shipped back the products as soon as I received the products on Sept 25th. I verified via USPS tracking number that the returned products were received by the company on Sept 28th.

When I reviewed my credit card statement for October, the money was still not credit back and I was charged for the late payment fee. When I called on Oct 28th to inquired as to why I still have not received my credit back, the CSR informed me that it was the lower level customer service rep's fault for not processing it. This CSR (Gavin) also informed me that it is my negligence for not verifying the situation sooner so they are not responsible for the late fee. He informed me that I will receive the refund confirmation email as soon as the money is credit back to my card.

On Nov 4th, I verified my credit card and the money was still not credit back to my card. After speaking with 3 different CSRs, I finally received the portions of my money. When I inquired as to why I was not getting the full refund, the CSR told me that they charge $5.90 per bottle for re-stocking fee!

I returned the products with my own money ($15.05), charged for the late fee ($24.63) and re-stocking fee ($59.00) for the products I never used?

I am upset about their poor customer services and the time I lost for contacting them for so many times to get portion of my refund after over a month.
