I had a 14 day trial and I order Oct 20,2013 at 5pm and I received it until Oct 24, 2013, And I called nov 3,2013 to cancel and I seen in my bank they had already charged me. So I called the number they have , one of the employers cancel my trial but said I couldn't get my money back, so I asked to talk to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back Monday and the lady said I had to cancel my trial 3 days before the 14th day but No where in there page or email it stated that u have to call 3days before ur trail ends. And she said I couldn't get a refund, so I asked to speak to a superior and she said they where all busy and they would call me back, which they didn't. This a false advisement!!!! And it's not right to rip off people. This is like a fraud..
