DO not purchase anything from this company!!!I bought a dress on IZIdress, the dress was sent deffective. I did all the steps required on their return policy. Took pictures and sent to them the day after receiving the dress. Customer Service Rep. offered me 10% discount on my next purchase. I told her I could not fix, or wear the dress therefore I requested my money back. She asked I sent the dress back to see what they can "do for me" as if I was asking for a favor, and asked I mail the dress back with tracking# which would cost me another 65.00CAD. I had already spent 210.36 between dress, shipping and customs. They sent a deffective dress would not refund money nor pay for the shipping back. Thats what I call scamming people of their money, how do they get away with this?
