In February I arranged to sell them my old iPhone for $150. I sent them the phone and they verified receipt. Initially, they claimed the phone was broken, without giving any details. After a couple of requests by me for details, my case was forwarded to a supervisor, Dan Heiman, who e-mailed me on March 22 and told me he would approve the original quote of $150.

April 4, I e-mailed Dan back because I had not received a check or any further update. I got no response. On June 21, I received an e-mail telling me "Break out the bubbly. It's pay day! Your check for $150.00 is in the mail and your device is on its way to a new life."

On October 4, I e-mailed them to inquire about the status, as the check had not arrived. I also submitted a ticket through their website. I have gotten zero response, and the ticket I opened is listed on their website as "awaiting assignment to a support agent" - a month later!
