I have religiously decline any featured selections from these 3 companies, and they keep sending them anyway. To complicate matters, this is "muddling up" my account as to what I actually ordered or didn't order, and I can never get an accurate balance on my account. The balance never seems to be paid. I go online, and they've "updated" all 3 websites so I can't see what was ordered or what payments have been credited to what orders. I made a payment back in the spring that cleared my bank and I had to argue w/ them and all I got was that it had been applied to "past orders". I have a box right now w/ a featured shipment that I have to send back because I didn't order it---of course, there's NO RETURN ADDRESS on the box and you can't find one online for Hanover PA. So, I've resorted to shipping to their location in IL. so I never know if they even are credited back to my account at all. I've been holding off making payments hoping to finally get an accurate statement.
