Same as the others filing complaints - made the order, used Paypal (thankfully I contacted PP prior to making the order & will be filing a complaint with them to be refunded as I'm protected through their user agreement), 19 days later & order still reflects "processing" on their website. I've sent 5 emails & have zero replies or communication whatsoever.
