I ordered the stop smoking free CD in March 2013. After several months I received the sample. In August 2013 they took $80 from my debit account. When I called to cancel and request a refund they stated they could only give me a partial refund after I mailed the first set of CD's back to them. As of November 2013 I have received no CD's nor a refund from this fraudulent scam artist company. When I called today November 5, 2013 they told me I waited too long to call even though they stated it would take about 12 weeks to receive the CD set. When I told them that I hadn't received anything and wanted my refund their "customer service associate" stated that it "wasn't their problem." I would advise anyone from ordering from this company as they do not send you anything other than the sample CD. They will steal your money!!!
