I ordered the free trial and was charged the intial fee. I then called to cancel within 10 days and they gave me instructions on how to send it back. I was then charged $148.95 after I sent it back. Every time I called they haf a different excuse.. they couldn't find my returned package, they had to check every bottle to make sure they weren't tampered with, they had recieved it but it would takeup to 6 weeks for my acount to be credited, etc. They would never let me speak wih a manager, only said one would call me back. Then a few weeks ago they were having problems with the computers. Now no one will even pick up the phone. I could hardly understand any representatives because their English was so horrible. I took a screen shot of the order and the agreement that they would NOT charge my account if I canceled within 10 days. I AM FURIOUS!!!!!
