I sent away for this "free" trial offer for my daughter. Thinking this would be a good way to see if she could make the transition away from real cigarettes. If she liked them I could always order more, if not I wouldn't be out any money. She told me she got more in the mail and stupid me didn't give it much thought.
She used it all and tried to buy more at a vapor store and found out she could only buy this online. Apparently I missed that too. The thought of them debiting my account never entered my mind.
Today is 11/4/13. I just went online to check out other brands I could order for her and found all the complaints about Lift. Then I remembered the extra package she received. I went back through my bank statements and there it was. On 9/18 they took $148.00 out of my account. Now I am livid. I read everything before ordering the starter kit and swear it didn't say anywhere they would automatically send more and charge my account.

So now you can add my complaint to the list. I probably won't see any of the money they took, but hopefully anyone interested in this product will see all of the complaints and buy a different brand.
