My eyesight ain't what it used to be so I imagine they bury in their "Terms & Conditions" your enrollment in their 'Monthly Refill' program at an undisclosed cost.
They hook you on the cheap starter pack then rip you a new one on the refills. NOT A REPUTABLE NOR MORAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
