Same complaint as everyone else, it was misadvertised as USPS and that it will only be $1 for transaction but it is $39.95 for each "address change" and I did one for my boyfriend and myself so I'm out $80. I tried calling the number another person left on here but I was put on hold multiple times for them to tell me that I do not have an account/transaction through them and I would have to contact my bank. No responses from the emails. When I tried to log into my "account" on the website it said my password was my confirmation number (that I never recieved), so I clikced "forgot password" and it said it sent the password/confirmation number to my email and I never received an email. Others on this website have claimed they have recieved a refund, but how long did it take? Does anyone else have any information on how to get my money back? All advise is much appreciated. Thank you.
