Bought usmc ring on E Bay size 12 for $10. plus shipping of $5.95 was send a size 6 or 7, I contacted Jasper by E Mail, he said it was send by mistake and would send the right size right away & for me to return the small one by regular mail, said it would cost about $1 .,90 Went to post office and mailed it on 10/11/11 for $1.71 Was not told by Jasper to use tracking just regular mail. Now he claimes he never recived the pagage. I have the post office receite that shows it was mailed to Beverly MA 01915 zone 6. Ihave no way of knowing if he did or did not recive it back, just his word.He seems to think that I did not return the first ring. Thanks
