I bought a magic Bullet from an ad seen on TV with TVP Direct. I paid $149.95 Australian Dollars on 19th November 2012. It was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks but I have never received it. I have called them and spoken to them on probably 10 occasions, they have my details and the order and keep promising it will be posted out soon. I have now found I can no longer contact them on this number or the head office number. How to I get my money back?
