Ordered per their instructions which involved getting a Amazon gift card to pay for bill. Item was said to have been shipped on 10/30 with an estimate of delivery on 11/1 but to allow up to 10 days for shipping. Web site does not exist as of 11/5 so doubt if I will see the appliance. I was nervous about the gift card but the enormous amount of detail on the casiteki.com web site convinced me to go ahead. Unfortunately I did not check references as I just did.
