The company popped up after my mother downloaded PC Cleaner Pro onto her computer. They spent 5 hours with her over the phone to "fix" her computer problems. They charged her credit card $399 for 1 yr. of technical support. When the problems continued we contacted the PC Cleaner Pro technical support line. We discovered that Superior Tech Help hasn't done anything to fix the problems. In fact, since they have been helping the computer is crashing on a regular basis. We ended up taking the computer to a local technician at an additional cost.
I believe they took advantage of my elderly mother and would like the company to reimburse her credit card the $399 they charged her.
