contacted by firm for free efag recieved packet and rang june26th to say didnt want it as they had charged me 73.98 for the pleasure(not)employee i spoke to assured me of full refund.however im disabled and currently awaiting operation so have been very unwell and didnt have te energy or incentive to check if they had.today nov 6th recieved some more capsules for ecig which i have still never used and once again they have charged me 19.99 this tim e .been on phone to so called eric the supervisor for an hour to be told i will be emailed with his findings. he wouldnt listen to what i tried to tell him and in broken english just kept repeating the bit dont worry about it so now awaiting an email as apparently he had no contact number or way of contacting his superiors.totl con firm
