I purchased the "Quick Income System" advertised on a video I received from someone I thought I knew, for $13.00. I was charged and not given access to the product which was supposed to downloadable immediately after purchasing. Instead, I was forwarded to a site selling Binary Options trading which I had difficulty getting out of. I was not given any way to download what I had purchased (Quick Income System). I searched the Internet extensively for information about the seller, but cannot find a means of contacting the seller or of even finding out who the seller actually is. I must assume that this is a scam as there seems to be no way of contacting either the seller or the payment company other than by sending a letter to the Seattle address.
