Mailed the phone in provided box. Took 4 weeks for the phone to show up on Totem's tracking. Inquired the status of the phone by email but never heard back. After more than a month, Totem falsely reported the phone is broken. According to Totem's tracking, a new quote has been issued for what they called a "broken" phone, but I have not seen the new quote for more than a week now.
