Sales staff at auto accident app contacted my office regarding using there services to help people involved in accidents find my office.
They offered a one year contract to drive people in accidents to my office from their accident app. I was skeptical about the program so I requested a ninety day trial offer. The sales staff agreed that I could opt out at ninety days if I didn't get any new clients in my office. I never gave the sales staff my credit card and paid for the trial period by check. I did not get any business or new patients from their service. I called and cancelled the program and thought that was the end of it. Six months later I was reviewing by bank statements and noticed that Platinum peak was using my bank check to debit money out of my account. I never agreed to continue beyond the three month trial period. I called their office and they refuse to refund my money or acknowledge the fact that the sales staff offered the ninety day trial period or that I called to cancel the service. They continue to contact me requesting more payments for a service that I cancelled over a year ago.
