Watchindia.tv is a company that offers online streaming of online Indian TV channels. I have had their subscription since August 2010. Initially, their services were good and so was their customer support. As they became popular, their quality of service degraded significantly. In May 2013, all of a sudden they stopped services altogether and stopped returning calls or responding to e-mail as well. After several failed attempts to contact them, I contacted American Express and raised a dispute against the payment made. Recently, Amex refunded me the entire amount saying that the Company failed to respond to the dispute and funds were drawn back. Thanks to Amex that I did not have to suffer any loss of money in subscription fees, but am really very disappointed by Watchindia's fraud. To all those who lost money, please contact your bank/credit card institution; I am sure they will be able to sort it out, but do this before one year period expires.
