I ordered a product and after the checkout I got an email giving me the price which was $98 over the amount advertised so I sent them an email the same day (approx 2 hours after order) and told them to cancel order as it was falsely advertised and to refund my money. They replied that day offering me a 20% discount and I told them no I didn't want it and not to send product just refund money then I got an email informing me that products had already been sent and I couldn't get a refund till I returned them. I really was not happy as I had told them not to send products and I have the emails to prove it. Well as soon as product arrived I returned it within 30mins of delivery and they have confirmed they have received it but still to this day they have only refunded half the money and are now ignoring my emails.
