International boundaries
When signing up for membership, companies website offered an add on "feature membership" to another site for additional $10/month unless you uncheck the box. Very difficult to detect this and no billings/conformations were ever issued. I canceled original membership instantly and had no idea I was signed up for this. It charged my credit card $10/month for six months (targeted at people like me who dont view their credit card).
