I am complaining about this company because I do not believe I have received the royalties owed to me, nor do I believe that they have done things I have paid for.

I have already been informed of how they do their royalities payments, but I can only go from what they tell me on my account. At times I can't access my account on their website, error messages occurring etc.

Additionally, I know that there is no guarantee that the marketing and movie script coverage will give me any success. But I often had to had to email them on any updates, the only time they contact me is to try to get me to buy more packages. Even when I have told them I cannot afford it, they still pressure me to do so.

The only thing the script coverage covered was a six page synopsis; something I could have done myself.

Only since I have marketed my own book have I gotten any results. So, why is it that a person that is not trained in marketing can get better results than the professionals?

If more details are needed, I will be happy to provide more. I kept on trying to check to see if this order would come up, but I still have trouble getting onto my account, or when I do there is no change, yet there is proof that I brought the ebook.

I do not expect rapid results, nor do I expect to get a lot of royalities. What I do expect is to get what I paid for. The company has shown what they have claimed they have done. But like I mentioned above, why I have succeeded in marketing and getting reviews for my books, where they have failed?

The marketing package, and the movie script coverage package cost a lot of money, which I was happy to invest as long I was updated. I have heard nothing about it. I had to request the script coverage to be emailed to me. When it was I was very surprised to discover that was contained only about six pages over coverage that anyone could have done. I certainly expected more for what I paid for.

I am also concerned that many have had the some experience as me.

I could keep pasting many other links that I found, that I wish I found before I published. This is not a one-off, excuses cannot be made for this overwhelming response.
