Just like the previous complaint.. A Check along with a letter was mailed to me. I called to verify. I was told to go to "MY" bank and cash the check.. He said it had to be "my" bank and not the bank on the check because we were to explain back to "Texemploy" our experience with our bank... Our bank cashed the check.. I immediately followed the next step on the letter and "western union" money back to the company. Then 2 days later our bank says the check was no good and I had to come up with the $2000.00 to replace back to our bank. Multiple phone calls made to the company.. Was placed on hold for extended periods of times, got "disconnected"... But it was always the same person to answer the phone. Never addressed the company by name when he answered the phone.. When asked to speak with a manager it was always the same person that answered the phone.. Explained to him that I received a letter and a check from them, I cashed the check and it bounced. He stated that I need to check the name of the company that the check was issued from, because they would never issue a check in that amount! Through investigation, "Texemploy network" company got a hold of some checks from an old insurance company and is sending these checks out to people.
