I went to fye to buy a xmas gift for my sister. I was offered a free trial that I turned down because I hate signing up for them since its always a pain to cancel. I guess I never checked my balance that thoroughly but have been getting charged 11.99 a month for almost 2 years. I just got a hold of them and finally canceled. The woman was very stubborn on the phone and even told me there servers were down when I said I wanted to cancel. I had to call back 2 more times to actually get someone who would cancel it for me but no before telling me not to cancel over and over and actually trying to get me to upgrade my account to some premium status. I finally have it canceled but have paid out a lot of money over the last few years and got nothing in return.
