I received a letter from RDD stating that I am a guaranteed cash prize winner of $3,062,814. All I have to do is return the notice with $20 and they would send me my winnings. The notice was sent from Peter Mouk, Financial Document Director. I did not send any money, but I feel this needs to be reported so it might save someone from falling for this scam. it was very tempting since this money would be very helpful to my financial situation at this time.
